-1 (binding) Ran the release-test-ub2004 job on Jenkins, which failed: Unfortunately there is a mistake in the release tarball: the top directory inside the tarball is called apache-impala-x.y.z instead of the expected apache-impala-4.5.0. Perhaps https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IMPALA/How+to+Release was followed a bit too closely :)
Although I'm not sure if fixing this would call for a new release candidate, but the new tarball would surely require a new signature, so the cleanest way forward may still be to cut a new release.
