Change subject: Cleanup timestamp headers ...................................................................... Cleanup timestamp headers The main part of this change is to move timestamp parsing logic from .h to .cc file. This slightly reduces the size of the llvm bitcode module and should slightly reduce compile times. Also slightly change some includes to avoid bringing in unnecessary headers.
