OPSAPS-32457: Fix CatalogService Thrift changes to be backwards compatible. While adding support for permanent UDFs we made incompatible changes to the CatalogService Thrift definitions. Some services like BDR rely on a stable catalog API. This patch fixes the incompatibility.
