IMPALA-1903: Add support for partitioning by TIMESTAMP Timestamp partitions are stored in format: '$COLUMN_NAME=[yyyy-MM-dd ]HH:mm:ss[.SSSSSSSSS]' where 1. $COLUMN_NAME is the column name 2. The date part is optional. If it missing, so is the space character separating the date and time 3. The fractional part of the seconds is optional, but if it is present, all nine digits are present.
