We have three issues open (IMPALA-{3641,3888,4342}) that all seem like the
same underlying cause - a race in metadata operations, particularly when
dropping a table.Does anyone have a handle on what the cause might be? A lot of our test runs - both with the ASF codebase, and our downstream CDH version - are failing, and I'd feel happier if someone in the community had an idea about the cause. Henry
