hi community: I know impala has integrated resource managerment within YARN using llama, But this will not supported since CDH 5.5/Impala 2.3(I find it in cloudera document).
I want to know what is the reason doing this? I find in current(impala 2.8.0) admission control system, What I can do is restricting the max memory usage of a query can used in every impalad. Am I right? or do you have some good suggestion about resource memagement and resource isolation. Thanks a lot.
