    Flink table catalog exceptions,only supports timestamp of precision 9

   ### What you expected to happen
   
   If node of hive and field type is timestamp then equal to 9 
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   You can build the relation data of kafka to hive,then  set  field watermark 
timestamp of type.

   MacOS 0.15.7
