As a developer, it's an honor to be part of Inlong community and witness this 
spectacular event.

I believe with all the achievements and data provided above, InLong is 
well-qualified as a top-level Apache Project.  

Besides, the community attracts a lot of contributors from all over the world 
which gives the project the ability to grow on its own.
