### Description When ackTimeout value of Pulsar consumer is greater than 0, and Sink can not send data to destination in time, then Pulsar broker will send these blocking data to other Pulsar consumer. In the time, these data will duplicate. ### Use case When ackTimeout value of Pulsar consumer is greater than 0, and Sink can not send data to destination in time, then Pulsar broker will send these blocking data to other Pulsar consumer.
