### Description cdw-postgre connector is a new kind of connector which extends upsert-jdbc changelog for improved performance. cdw pg 2.0 did not support insert into xxx on conflict do update set xxx = excluded.xxx; on conflict xx flink sql, so a new connector was created to improve the corresponding performances. This connector extends jdbc connector, similar to how dlc connector extends iceberg connector.
