   **_RemoteConfigManager_** throws **_Null Point Exception_** when the query 
Inlong Manager failed.

   Print error log, instead of throw exception.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Dataproxy query config from manager, but error occurs, like connection 
failed, unauthentic.
