### What happened 1. There is a problem in obtaining the path of opentelemetry-javaagent.jar in dataproxy. 2. Observable service is forced on, which is not configurable. 3. Default otlp export address is missing. 4. The absence of the export protocol of logs makes it impossible to report it remotely. ### What you expected to happen 1. Correct the path of javaagent in dataproxy. 2. Make it be configurable whether the observable service is turned on or not. 3. Add Default otlp export address is missing. 4.
