   The current implementation may result in two question marks in the url.
   for 
example:jdbc:mysql://localhost:57001/test?allowMultiQueries=true?useSSL=false&allowPublicKeyRetrieval=true

   Generate the correct querystring
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Run the test cases in sort-end-to-end-tests-v1.13 to reproduce.
