This is a call for a vote to release Apache InLong version 2.0.0-RC0.
FYI, we moved the version to 2.0.0 as in this version we introduced a
new big feature TRANSFORM,
what's more, we improved the documents, especially the details on the
principles of every component
and the development guidelines which make it quite easier for users to
customize their implements.
The tag to be voted on is 2.0.0-RC0:
