Following build instructions for windows at http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_windows_tcsh.html
I use --with-lang="de fr" to build localized version of german and france. (Of course, en-US is built by default.) I then try to build language pack right after. I cd to instsetoo_native/util directory. I then "dmake ooolangpack" but I get a dmake error "Don't know how to make 'ooolangpack'". What is going on?
