Greeting.
Currently I am trying to put OpenOffice into a USB drive. I use OpenOffice version 2. I install to the USB drive. It works great!
There is one problem, however. In OpenOffice 1.x, the user directory goes inside the <OpenOffice installed directory>. As of OO 2, when it runs, it will create C:\Document and Settings\<your user name>\OpenOffice and then will put user directory inside!
My request: Is there any way for OO 2 to create the user directory right inside the <OO installed directory>? (I. How about running soffice with an option like CreateUserDirWithInstalledDir? or II. Modify source code)
Or is there any way to stop the creation of user directory at all?
Many thanks.
