Here is what I want to do: - When OpenOffice starts up, the quickstart does not start. There is no quickstart icon at the system tray. - "Load OpenOffice during system start-up" option in Tools | Options | OpenOffice | Memory is grayed out.
Please note that answer like "Uncheck the Load OpenOffice ... option at the system tray" does not work for me. I am distributing a copy of OpenOffice to my organization.
