Fey Core need to be configured appropriately to run, if no user configuration
file is specified, then Fey will use its default configuration (check:
[application.conf|https://github.com/apache/incubator-iota/blob/master/fey-core/src/main/resources/application.conf]).
Both directories, Json and Jar, must exist.
Please, take a look at section [Fey
Configuration|https://github.com/apache/incubator-iota/tree/master/fey-core#fey-configuration]
of the README.md and let me know if you have any question.
*Note 1*: Be aware that if you don't have any valid Orchestration specification
(JSON file) or any Performer Jar only Fey core will be running, which is okay.
