I fixed the readme and JSON files under IOTA-37.
I've added copyrights to:
deployments/cluster/iota_x_image_builder.sh

project/Build.scala

Some questions:
1. Can .conf files have comments in them and, if so, what's the syntax?
2. fey-core/src/main/resources/d3Tree.html contains a license attributed to
"2010-2016 Mike Bostock". I assume that an Apache License should be added?
3. Can .sbt files have comments in them and, if so, what's the syntax?
4. Can build.properties have comments in it and, if so, what's the syntax?
5. What are they performers/virtual_sensor/src/main/resources/* files?
