2. [~jmclean] This is a d3 html file and it is licensed under *GNU General
Public License, version 3.*. Is it compatible with Apache? And in addition do
we have to also add the Apache License header on the file?
3. Yes, *.sbt* files can have comments on them. Just add *\\* at the beginning
of the line.
