iota
Open source system that enables the orchestration of IoT devices.
iota has been incubating since 2016-01-20.
Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:
1. An initial release of iota
2. Building a more active community
3. Consistency in the discussions on mailing lists/ steady flow of source code
contributions

aware of?

How has the community developed since the last report?
At ApacheCon in Miami Barbara Gomes gave a presentation on downloading Fey core
and developing iota performers. As a result a number of individuals became
interested in using iota.
This has resulted in meaningful discussion occurring on the iota dev and users
email reflectors.
In particular, on ways to add Akka dependency injection into iota to facilitate
a integration with
Frameworks like Spring.
This month one of the commiters will be preparing the initial release of the
software.
How has the project developed since the last report?
The email reflectors for dev and users have become more active.
New functionality was added to iota - global performers.
