Hi all, IOTA is SBT based as stated in Barbara’s response. I propose we stick
with SBT for the moment and as Justin suggests
do an initial release of IOTA. We are close to a release we just need to cross
the finish line. The release will enable us to clean-up the source code
and make sure we have all the other pieces in place like unit tests,
documentation and the like.

Rafael, as soon as we have unit tests for your contribution we can merge your
pull request and move forward with a release.

Thanks

-Tony
