Well we don't have a concept of technical users at Apache. So someone would 
have to provide his personal credentials, which is understandable.

All Apache projects use Jenkins (I think). So we should stick to that.

I'll whip up the Jenkinsfile when I'm in office. In an hour or so.

Yes. You could do that. Travis has encryption mechanism. So your tokens will be 
safe.

I look at apache/skywalking project. On master branch, it uses travis file to 
build and push to asf-site branch, so a travis job is also ok?
