I just spoke with Chris who did a lot for the maven build. And as it is conceptually the same build (from the maven side) than we used in PLC4X I can offer to do the release manager (RM) for the release. I've done several releases now and would try to make a documentation parallel to this release to make it easier for others to follow. Releasing is a bit cumbersome until you've done it several times, then you get used to it : ) The only problem is that I am no committer so I would need the support of someone from the PMC to help with release branch / release tags.
