Now that more and more contents are added to Development page (like change list of Tsfile and RPC), we've considered to adjust the website nav bar and split Development documents into several sub pages like other pages. Changing result can be seen in [1]. Besides, since change list needs to be updated in real time, "latest version" is introduced besides "V0.8.0", which will leads to branch rel/0.8. Some new features after V0.8.0 (like new interfaces in session and status code) could be found in latest documents, too.
