Well guys, The announce is rejected because the following 3 problems:
1. No disclaimer on the website. 2. No disclaimer on the announcement mail. 3. When users access the website using a javascript-disabled brower, nothing they can get.. Zesong has helped me to fix problem 1 and 3, and I resubmit the announce to the announce@ mail list. Once it is accepted, I will forward it to this mailing list.
