Summary: Lost users information when upgrading 0.8.x to 0.9.0

If creating other users in IoTDB, the upgrade from 0.8.x to 0.9.0 will lost
users except "root".
In other words, the data/system/user/*.profile is not compatible between 0.8.x
and 0.9.0. Currently, we remove all *.profile and create a new root user with
password root.
