I am the release manager of the upcoming 0.9.1 and I encounter an interesting question: As you can see, Year 2020 is just around the corner and the upcoming release vote for 0.9.1 is likely to span from 2019 to 2020. So I don't know if I should change the year in advance to 2020, or just keep it as 2019, or maybe I postpone the release vote until it is 2020? P.s., the year 2019 is now displayed in the NOTICE file like this: > Apache IoTDB > Copyright 2018-2019 The Apache Software Foundation. > .... Regards, Lei Rui
