Summary: Memory size of MemTable is added wrongly when executing
batch insertion

I found that when inserting *part* of a BatchInsertPlan which starts at *i* and
ends at *j* into a MemTable, the *whole* memory size of the BatchInsertPlan
will be added to the *memSize* of the MemTable.
