Hi community,

I'd like to raise the discussion about the graduation of Apache IoTDB
(incubating) up.

The project entered into ASF incubator in 18th Nov 2018.

Initially, most of us in the community know little about Apache Way,
but during the past period in the incubator, our community grow up quickly
in Apache Way.

I summarize some data below:

- There are 3191 emails sent by 159 people in dev mailing-list
(4696 mails totally, but 328 from GitBox, 182 from Jenkins, and 975 from
JIRA;
1 participator from GitBox, 1 participator from Jenkins, 78 participators
from JIRA);

- 788 Issues created during ASF incubating, 635 Issues resolved during
ASF incubating;

- 1197 PRs merged during ASF incubating;

- There are 70 contributors who committed codes for now;

- There are 8 versions (3 major versions) released successfully conformant
to Apache release
policy by 5 release managers;

- There are 2 new PPMCs (will be 3 because Dawei has passed the vote) and
12 new committers were invited to join the community.

We had already finished the Podling Maturity Model Evaluation for
IoTDB[1], the items are all passed.

I think there is no branding issue which includes Logo, GitHub repo,
document, website and DockerHub image.

I know we need more effort to make the community more and more healthy and
popular,
But why not to discuss and point out the gap between current status and
graduation.

So, can we talk about when will start to consider graduate?
