Is a "meetup" too formal? (In our previous face-to-face meetup, we have 3
to 4 talks and each talk lasts about 20-30 minutes.).

That's why I'd like to call this discussion as a hangout... someone can be
the host and mainly introduce something to others,
but we do not need to ask more speakers (of course, if someone wants to
share some talks, it is very very welcomed).

Yes we can set this as our main topic.

Any other suggestions?
