In short PPMC != PMC, but if 72 hours have passed then I’d put this release candidate up for vote on the IPMC general list. > Also, as a mentor, I try NOT to vote on things but rather make sure the > PPMC is voting and handling things properly. When a project first start out mentors are encouraged to vote, once a project releases are in good shape the mentor votes are not needed so much. But 3 IPMC +1 are needed so it does help if mentors vote. A few projects have had trouble getting IPMC votes recently. Thanks, Justin
