Therefore, I'd like to call a new vote for RC3. This is a vote for releasing v0.10.1, which is a bug-fix version of v0.10.0. You can get its main changes from [5]. Comparing with RC1, RC3 (includes RC2) fixes the following issue: - add README_ZH.md file into release. - upgrade orc-core dependency for license compatibility - remove org.json dependency for license compatibility - fix a NULL Pointer bug when querying data in some cases - fix a bug when users use an incorrect encoding method to define a time series. Apache IoTDB (Incubating) 0.10.1 has been staged under [2] and it’s time to vote on accepting it for release. All Maven artifacts are available under [1]. If approved we will seek final release approval from the IPMC. Voting will be open for 72hr.
