Hello, I'm wang Yanhong. It's my honor to participate in the work related to 
IoTDB. Please give me more advice


IOTDB-845??
Before improvement:
1.stop-server.sh can stop all IoTDB instances
2.stop-server.sh can not  stop any instance of IoTDB
3.the memory used in starting IoTDB under windows is 2G


After improvement??
1.stop-server.sh and stop-server.bat can only stop the IoTDB instance in the 
current directory
3.the memory used in starting IoTDB under windows consistent with that of Linux
