Sorry for the late response.
There is also one last place where the incubation is noticeable.
In the maven-remote-resources plugin we are still adding the
"org.apache:apache-incubator-disclaimer-resource-bundle:1.1"
This causes Maven to add the incubation disclaimer to every jar it builds.
We should just remove the two lines:
<!-- Will generate META-INF/DISCLAIMER -->
<resourceBundle>org.apache:apache-incubator-disclaimer-resource-bundle:1.1</resourceBundle>
