Hi, 1. We can hold the meetup offline in Beijing, and online broadcast like using Bilibili is very easy in China. (Not sure whether Youtube Live is available in China).
2. For speakers who are not in Beijing, we can hold an online meeting (like Zoom. But we can only join Zoom meeting in China, creating Zoomn meeting is forbidden...) as well.
