[Feature request] Add LTTB downsampling as a built-in table function for the Table Model https://github.com/apache/iotdb/issues/18532 I plan to take responsibility for the development of this issue. I am currently preparing the detailed design and implementation approach, and I will follow up with more information, including the proposed changes and testing plan, shortly.
