In the development of DN3.2 it was necessary to move the
"org.datanucleus.store.mapped" classes from datanucleus-core into
datanucleus-rdbms in package "org.datanucleus.store.rdbms.mapping.java" (since
they were only used there). This will impact on support for
"applib.value.DateTime", "applib.value.Date" where you'll have to update the
package names of what class is being extended for the RDBMS mappings.
