Sort of, ish.

I presume you are looking at [1].  The "disabled" tab, I believe, lists
every module that has ever been built through this job, even for modules
that have been removed since (eg remoting, JPA etc).

If you look at what it's pointing at, it is currently building just core.
 I did this with a view that we might want a pipeline of building core,
then each of the different modules.

For now, though, perhaps it's easiest to simply go back to building
everything from the root.  That'll satisfy your requirements.  I've just
made the change now and hit off a build, so will watch what happens.

If you don't have the permissions (karma), then you probably need to raise
a ticket with infra.  I tend to ask on #asfinfra IrC (via freenode.net)
first, just to check process.
