Nice to see you've made a start.

Since I'm not an Android developer, I need some guidance to evaluate what
you've done. It would be good if you could provide some Markdown README's
that explain how to set up your dev environment for someone who is a newbie
like me.

It might be good to do some sketches of what the UI is going to look like.
I'm currently working (for my client in Ireland) on a Windows8 app. The
initial code for that is currently on github too [2]. You can see that I
did some screenshots on the opening page.

Something else to think about is testing; how will you test your app?
Always tricky with UI stuff, but it should be part of your project.

I was chatting offline with Deepak Krishnan. He's a mobile developer also
interested in an Android client, or at least building a client-side library
to interface with RO. You might want to reach out to him; I've cc'ed him
on this mail too.

Oh, and yes, as you say, the packaging is terrible :-) What you might want
to do is to register a domain name (you'll note that I have danhaywood.com,
for example) so that you can put all of your code under an appropriate
package name.

Cheers
Dan
