The ToDo app is, perhaps, a little bit heavyweight to start new development
(and for demos). This new "simple" archetype should provide a bare minimum of
functionality.
At the same time:
* tidy up bad links in the HTML within the ToDo app
* mothball some examples that aren't being maintained...
* example/application/claims
* example/domain-service/email-service
