ISIS-554: updated RO viewer to be able to render collections of domain services
this in support of the @Dashboard annotation.
Also:
* backed up change to CSS in wicket tables for icons (too large)
* ensure first col of wicket tables is min 20px (else icon shrunk)

* updates to quickstart app, for screenshots2 (site revamp)
