The motivation here is to allow for multi-realm configuration, eg both LDAP and
Ini, where the perm/role mappings are shared.
To help explain this, also update the quickstart archetype to show how to
configure multiple realms. In the case of ini realms, these can therefore load
a .ini file from some arbitrary location on the classpath.
