The RegisterEntities service is only a partial solution; should instead explore
using something like "datanucleus.autoStartClassNames" property (see
http://www.datanucleus.org/products/accessplatform/jdo/autostart.html).
Also, it's probably rather naff to require the RegisterEntities service to be
registered; all we really need is the package names in order to locate the
@PersistenceCapable classes.
