Resolution: Fixed
The following test is not passing on a machine with a Spanish locale:
Tests in error:
test(org.apache.isis.applib.services.xmlsnapshot.XmlSnapshotServiceAbstractTest):
Invalid format: "01-Apr-2013" is malformed at "Apr-2013"
Tests run: 182, Failures: 0, Errors: 1, Skipped: 0
