Looks much better, however the page still references [1].
However the main distribution directory should reference [2].
Also, it is conventional to store the KEYS file in [2] and reference it from
there, rather than from the SCM (i.e. git). Since the dist dir is itself now
backed by SVN, there's no need to maintain a separate copy in the source SCM.
The KEYS file is not really source - it's only needed for use with the .asc
files so should be close to them.
