... would seem to be due to the EntityCollectionModel being stale.
To reproduce in Estatio:
1. create some invoices
2. list invoices
3. select all invoices (on current page)
4. bulk delete
- the invoices are deleted
5. select all again
- at this point, triggers exception (or it might be when do a further delete
action).
