Fix For: viewer-wicket-1.5.0
at the moment, the CSS uses text-transform: uppercase. But experiments show
that using regular casing might make for a better UI.
This ticket is to allow the text-transform part of the CSS to be switchable
somehow.
The workaround in the meantime is to override the CSS in the
application-specific CSS.
