Dan Haywood resolved ISIS-680.

Resolution: Fixed
Implemented as a modal window that shows the URL of the current page in a text
field.
This modal window can be brought up by clicking the copy link, or alt+]
The text is preselected, so copied out using the regular ctrl+C
the modal window can be dismissed either by hitting enter or with escape.
