The Wicket and RO viewers do not use the ProfileStore, only the (unreleased and
perhaps to be mothballed DnD and Scimpi viewers, see ISIS-720).
Also, we now have a new pattern for applib services, and the functionality of
the profile store (if required at all) should be reworked into one of these
services. (NB: we already have the applib UserSettings service, which might
suffice for many reqts).
